Privacy policy
When you join the otilo waitlist, you give us your email address. This page explains what we keep, why, who helps us store it, and how to have it removed.
The short version: we keep your email and what you're interested in so we can tell you when otilo is ready. We don't sell it, we don't use advertising trackers, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are

What we collect

We don't ask for your name, phone number or payment details, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
To keep the site secure, our hosting and bot-check provider (Cloudflare) processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information when you visit or submit the form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
You don't have to give us your email
No law requires you to give us any of this information. It's your choice. Without an email address we simply can't add you to the waitlist.
How we use it
- To email you about early access, the launch, and how to get your first Oti.
- To keep a record of your consent and of any request to unsubscribe.
- To protect the signup form from spam and abuse.
We will not use your email for anything else without asking you first, and we never sell it or give it to others for their own marketing.
Who helps us
These providers process the information on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to doing so:
- Supabase: stores the waitlist database. Data is held in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, protects it from attacks, and runs the Turnstile check that tells people from bots.
- [Email provider]: sends our emails, once we start sending them.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Israel. We only use providers that protect personal data to a standard the Israeli rules on transferring data abroad allow.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example under a court order.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until otilo launches and for as long as you stay subscribed after that. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we delete them within 30 days. We keep only a minimal note that the address unsubscribed, so we don't email it again by mistake.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to us. We stop emailing you right away.
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it's wrong, or delete it.
To use any of these rights, email [privacy@otilo.ai] from the address you signed up with. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
How we protect it
All connections to the site are encrypted. The waitlist database can't be read from the website: only our server code can write to it, and only a small number of people at otilo can access it. If a security incident affects your information, we will act on it and report it as the law requires.
Children
otilo is a product for businesses. The waitlist is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
